Join Johanna Bundon for Awareness Through Movement® classes. Enter this restful learning environment to replenish & restore pleasure in the small movements of life. Participants can expect to lie down, make small movements, and notice distinctions in effort & sensation. Together we will orient to ease & pleasure. This practice prioritizes ideas like ‘Slowing down’ and ‘Doing less than we can’. Each 40-45 minute lesson will be followed by tea, seasonal treats + chats.
